Sports Consulting Services Agreement
1. General
betLOGIC is a sports consulting company based in Serbia. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our platform and the services we provide.
2. Nature of Services
We provide professional sports performance analysis, statistical research, strategic consulting, and educational content. Our services are strictly for educational and informational purposes. We do not provide gambling, betting, wagering, or gaming services. All analysis and recommendations are provided for research and educational purposes only.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Sports outcomes are unpredictable and influenced by numerous variables. We do not guarantee any results from using our services. Clients use our analysis and recommendations at their own risk and are solely responsible for their decisions based on our content.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through Payoneer and other approved international payment providers. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are displayed in EUR (Euros). Payment transactions are secured and encrypted for your protection.
5. Refund Policy
All payments are final. Refunds are only provided in cases of duplicate payments or confirmed technical errors. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase with proper documentation.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. All content provided by betLOGIC is for personal, educational use only and may not be resold, republished, or redistributed without express written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, analysis, research, and materials provided through our services remain the exclusive property of betLOGIC. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
betLOGIC is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from the use of our services or client decisions based on our analysis. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the competent courts of Serbia.
